HVCL is an affordable school lunch delivery service for the Greater Hudson Valley. In response to a number of complaints generated as a result of unhealthy school lunches, Hudson Valley Clean Lunches uses only the highest quality local and certified organic ingredients and is delivered to a number of Hudson Valley schools.
The menu features 10 different entrées, and each entrée includes fruit, vegetables, protein and bottled water. When possible, the majority of ingredients are derived from local Hudson Valley farms.
